From the news desk, we have come to hear that driver Michael Annett is facing charges for drunken driving. This Rusty Wallace Driver is facing charges for having driven his car in an intoxicated stated early on Sunday morning and being involved in an accident.

WCNC being the local Charlotte television station stated that this NASCAR race driver was found rear-ending a car that had stopped for a red light in a junction. Though the legal limit for alcohol concentration in the blood in NC is only 0.008, Annett's blood alcohol concentration was found to be 0.32.

Apart from just facing the above mentioned charge, Annette is also charged for using his cell phone while driving, for not reducing his speed and for also resisting an officer of the law.
